Tutoring Approach
My approach to students is in a more friendly way.At first,I will give the gist of what i am going to tell them ,and i will ask them to read that topic and come for the next day, then i will go deep into topic and expect the students to ask doubts.Once i am done with the topic, i will ask them to prepare few questions of their own on the topic. Now i will exchange the questions between students and ask them to find the answers for them.when they are done with it i will keep a full fledged test of my questions.students whoever are not up to the mark,will give some of my own material for preparation.
